The NFBA is proud to announce the formation in January 2007 of a NEW NFBA YOUTH BAND.
This is for new and beginning Youth Bluegrass Musicians. We invite Youth musicians that
play Bluegrass Stringed Instruments - Guitar, Fiddle, Banjo, Mandolin, Dobro, Bass
(Acoustic or Electric). Vocalists are also welcome - but should be able to play lead on
a Bluegrass instrument.
The members of the new Youth Band have already made their debut in an impressive
performance in Sept. 2007. They have decided on a name for their band and will be known
as “Some Day”. The Band members currently range in age from about 9 - 15 years of age.
All Youth acoustic (elec. Bass OK) musicians are welcome to join the group.

The “Some Day” Youth Band meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday evenings - 7pm - at the San
Jose Baptist Church. We will be done by 8:30 or 9pm.
